With an educational background in Industrial Engineering (U of Toronto, Master's Degree) and an initial career in IT (IBM and Univac), Dag Furst has received extensive training and experience in Organizational Change and Behaviour, Leadership Development, Coaching and Total Quality Management. He has been an independent and successful consultant since 1981, when he left Touche Ross and Partners.
